Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using 92 PKR, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and to the related Privacy Policy and Community & Responsible Usage Guidelines. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between the user and the operator of 92 PKR. They apply to every page, feature, download, and communication offered under the 92 PKR brand.
Eligibility
92 PKR is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, or the higher age of majority required by the user's local jurisdiction. By using the service, the user represents and warrants that:
- They meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity.
- Their access to a mobile gaming and earning platform service is lawful in their location.
- They are not on any list of restricted or sanctioned persons.
- They have not been previously banned or suspended from 92 PKR.
Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for the activity that takes place under their 92 PKR account. To keep accounts safe and accurate, users must:
Provide accurate information
Registration details must be true, current, and complete. Users must update profile information promptly if it changes.
Protect credentials
Passwords, one-time codes, recovery email addresses, and verification tokens must be kept private. Users should enable two-factor authentication where available and notify support immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.
Maintain a single account
Each person may hold one 92 PKR account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used on behalf of someone else.
Acceptable use
Users agree not to misuse 92 PKR. In particular, the following activities are prohibited:
- Fraud, payment abuse, money laundering, or any unlawful financial activity.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content or data without written permission.
- Using bots, scripts, or other automation to interact with the service.
- Impersonating another person, brand, or 92 PKR representative.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from the service.
- Interfering with security features, rate limits, or platform integrity in any way.
- Uploading malicious code, harmful files, or content that violates local law.

Service availability
92 PKR is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. Scheduled maintenance, urgent fixes, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Where practical, we provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Intellectual property
The 92 PKR brand, trademarks, logo, layout, code, copy, and visual identity belong to the operator and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to the user. Users may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from 92 PKR materials without prior written consent.
Users retain ownership of content they submit (such as feedback or profile information) but grant 92 PKR a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service.
Termination and suspension
92 PKR may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if the user breaches these Terms, behaves abusively, exposes the platform to legal risk, or engages in fraudulent or unsafe activity. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.
After termination, certain personal data may be retained to comply with legal obligations and to enforce the Terms, as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) remain in effect.
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
92 PKR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet specific user requirements or that defects will be corrected immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of 92 PKR. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's registered location, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's home jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceedings, users agree to contact support@92pkr.app to attempt a good-faith resolution. The exact governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution mechanism must be confirmed by the operator for the Pakistan market.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes are highlighted on the website and, where appropriate, sent by email or in-app notice in advance. Continued use of 92 PKR after the effective date means the user accepts the updated Terms.
